Living Shamelessly For Christ

Living shamelessly for Christ means, being secure in your faith and boldly living out the purpose God has placed on your life.

Christ has given you gifts, and now it is time to activate those gifts and use them for His will.

So how exactly do you live shamelessly for Christ?

You can do that by being strong in your identity, letting your life be an example for others, and loving others the way Christ did.

Here's some encouragement to help you on your journey:

Be strong in your identity: You are the daughter of the most high, therefore, He calls you by name. You were created in His image. God made you exactly how you are supposed to be, and He has placed purpose inside of you.

You are who He says you are, not what the world calls you. Knowing your identity in Christ is very important because when you know whose you are, you'll no longer be searching for temporary fulfillment, or allowing the world to cloud your vision. You'll forever crave the living water from the spring that will never leave you thirsty.

You are so precious to Him that He sent His only Son to die, so that you may live. Live a life unashamed of who you are in Christ, and let the God in you be the light the world needs.

Let your life be an example: You have morals, values, and certain beliefs that those around you may not respect or understand. For example, you may choose to live a lifestyle that is pleasing unto God. Due to that, some people may call you boring or old-fashioned. But since you're already secure in your identity, their words won't matter because you're walking in purpose.

Living a lifestyle that pleases God means you honor His will for your life. You're more focused on your salvation than the things of this world. When you do this, you are sharing the light that is inside of you, so others may follow your example. It all starts with a choice.

Love others: Be kind to others. Teach others how to love by being the example. Be slow to anger and do not hold grudges. Forgive those who have wronged you. Don't boast or become prideful. God loves you, therefore you ought to love others the way Christ does.

When you speak, God’s love should be pouring into someone’s heart. When you speak, speak love and not cause war with your words. Speak of joy, hope, and peace! Love God, love yourself and love others.

It's time to stop living in fear and start living shamelessly! You got this!

Scripture for Meditation:

Galatians 1:10 - Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.
