New Beginnings

I agree with the saying “It's Never Too Late.” It's never too late to start over, to begin a new habit, or to turn over a new leaf.

Change is inevitable, and if we're comfortable remaining the same where is the growth?

For me, the three things I’m working on right now are:

• My relationship with God

• My peace

• My obedience

Daily, I’m working on my relationship with God because I don’t ever want to forget what he’s done in my life.

I want to get into the rhythm of not only calling out to the Lord when I’m in need but even when things are good!

My peace, the world didn’t give it so the world can’t take it away!! I realize that sometimes I allow too many things, and people, to interrupt my peace unnecessarily, but that stops today!

When God speaks I hear him, but I don’t always agree. Although God doesn’t have to agree with me, I do have to listen and obey because his ways and promises are true and will always be better for me.

I’m not perfect, but I’m striving to be the woman God has called me to be. It’s an ongoing journey that gets better with time.
